Due to the vast amount of inventory we have and because our inventory changes frequently, we do not have a catalog. Our inventory can be viewed via our website –eFairies.com and at our store front – The Fairy Store located in Lakewood, WA.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
You have 30 Calendar days from the date that your order was received to return or exchange it. Returned orders received outside of the 30 day return window will not be refunded.
All products are inspected for damage & defects before they are shipped. If your product(s) were damaged during shipping or your order was missing an item or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require a photo of the damaged item(s) for insurance purposes. In most cases you will not be required to return the item if a photo is provided.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason, please return the item in the original packaging to:eFairies.com / RETURNS2202 84TH STREET SLakewood, WA 98499
Please also include your order number and contact information as well as the reason for your return. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets and labels. Once we have received the item or items back - upon inspection of the merchandise, a refund less original shipping costs will be issued accordingly.
Please note, a 15% restocking will be debited from your refund total. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the item or items were paid for. Refunds being credited back to credit cards can take up to 5 business days to appear depending on the banking institution.
We will exchange any item that you are not satisfied with except for clothing items that are meant to be worn against the body i.e. body suit or corseted costumes etc... Please email us within 14 business days for resolution.
Return shipping for items being returned is the customer’s responsibility. If an order is refused or returned to us without the reason for the return included, a refund will not be issued.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

Can I pay by check or money order?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and eFairies gift cards. You may pay by check or money order however your order will not be shipped until payment has been cleared. Please contact us via email for more information on how to complete an order when paying by check or money order.
Do you host parties at The Fairy Store location?
We do not host parties or workshops at this time.
Do you offer classes or workshops at The Fairy Store?
We currently do not have classes or workshops scheduled however we do plan on offering them again in the future. Please check back in with us!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Almost all of our products are available for shipping outside of the US. GARDEN STATUES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Orders are shipped out on the same day that they are received. eFairies.com ships worldwide via USPS and Fed Ex. Real time quotes are calculated for you prior to completing your purchase. To calculate your shipping costs, add the items you want to the shopping cart. Select "ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAXES at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. You will be prompted to enter your city, country and zip code and a real time quote from both carriers will populate based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. Please note – the cost of shipping your order is quoted directly from USPS and Fed Ex.

Customers ordering from outside of the US may be subject to duty, customs and/or VAT fees. These fees vary between countries and are not governed, collected or negotiated by eFairies.com. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are not additional shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the method of shipping that you select and your service address - delivery times can vary.
It takes an average of three to five business days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination within the US.
Priority Mail takes an average of one to three business days to arrive within the US. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations.
Fed Ex Home or Ground takes an average of three to five business days to arrive within the US.
Shipping confirmation emails complete with tracking numbers are sent when orders ship.
