Most orders placed during business days before 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped that day to 24 hours - provided the item is in stock. Any item that is made to order will result in a slight delay in shipping time. The shipping time for these items is listed on the more info pages about the product. This delay still applies when choosing expedited shipping. Please be aware of this if your gift is date sensitive. Once your has been placed, you will receive an Invoice Receipt from us sent to your Bill To e-mail address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us with your FedEx tracking number and delivery date. International mailings will receive an shipping notification vial e-mail. All orders are packaged with a Packing Slip. Packing Slips state who the package is To and who the package is From based on the information you place in the Ship To and Bill To areas in your shopping cart. There are no prices listed on Packing Slips. Please note that due to credit card company approval procedures, there could be a delay if billing information is inaccurate, or if billing and shipping addresses are different.
FedEx Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Orders in the US are shipped FedEx, unless otherwise specified. FedEx guarantees the day of delivery for every package within the 48 contiguous states, except during Christmas Holiday times. During the Christmas Holiday, eFairies will post messages informing you of the current delivery service needed to guarantee your package to arrive before Christmas. If your FedEx package does not arrive on time, you have 7 business days to notify us for a FedEx credit. Damaged items must be reported to eFairies.com within 7 business days.
Please use a street address for your 'ship to' information; FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Incomplete addresses may result in an extra FedEx handling charge. Therefore, please be sure to place your suite, apt or floor numbers, and or business name if shipping to a commercial address. We are not responsible for submitted incorrect addresses. Undeliverable or refused packages are subject to a FedEx return fee.

FedEx counts business delivery days starting the day after they receive a package. For example, if you ordered on a Monday and your ground time-in transit was 3 days, your package would arrive on Thursday. Other shipping options available are: Express Saver = 3 Day, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.

Priority Mail Insured - 3-5 Business Days for APO, FPO, Hawaii & Alaska residence only.
Each country is subject to its own Custom's rules, duties, taxes and regulations, which can cause a delay in delivery. The client is responsible for all duties and taxes levied at their border. Canadian customers may experience longer Custom transit times.
How to See Your Shipping Rates During Your Shopping Process
FedEx and U.S.P.S rates are calculated directly by the carrier. Their rates are formulated by ship to location, package weight, and sometimes by package size.
To see your shipping rate any time during your shopping process, add your items to your shopping cart and then go to the 'check out now' page and fill in your 'Ship To' information only. Then click on the blue 'Continue' button located at the bottom of the page.
On this next page you will find the shipping methods available in your area and the carrier's shipping rate. From there, to continue shopping, click on the 'go back to shopping' button. To add or delete items from your shopping cart, click on 'my shopping cart' button at the top of the page and add or delete items from your shopping cart.
To check out, go back to the previous page and enter in your 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' information and then proceed with your check out.
