Order Processing Time

Most orders placed during business days before 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped that day to 24 hours - provided the item is in stock. Any item that is made to order will result in a slight delay in shipping time. The shipping time for these items is listed on the more info pages about the product. This delay still applies when choosing expedited shipping. Once your has been placed, you will receive an Invoice Receipt from us sent to your Bill To e-mail address.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us with your FedEx tracking number and delivery date.  International mailings will receive an shipping notification via e-mail.  All orders are packaged with a Packing Slip.  Packing Slips state who the package is To and who the package is From based on the information you place in the Ship To and Bill To areas in your shopping cart.  There are no prices listed on Packing Slips.  Please note that due to credit card company approval procedures, there could be a delay if billing information is inaccurate, or if billing and shipping addresses are different.

US Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Orders in the US are shipped FedEx, unless otherwise specified.  FedEx guarantees the day of delivery for every package within the 48 contiguous states, except during Christmas Holiday times.  During the Christmas Holiday, eFairies will post messages informing you of the current delivery service needed to guarantee your package to arrive before Christmas.  If your FedEx package does not arrive on time, you have 7 business days to notify us for a FedEx credit.  Damaged items must be reported to eFairies.com. within 7 business days.
Please use a street address for your 'ship to' information; FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Incomplete addresses may result in an extra FedEx handling charge.  Therefore, please be sure to place your suite, apt or floor numbers, and or business name if shipping to a commercial address.  We are not responsible for submitted incorrect addresses.  Undeliverable or refused packages are subject to a FedEx return fee.

FedEx counts business delivery days starting the day after they receive a package.  For example, if your package was shipped on Monday and your ground time-in transit was 3 days, your package would arrive on Thursday.  Other shipping options available are: Express Saver = 3 Day, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.

FedEx Guarantee of Service Disclosure

eFairies is not responsible for the interruption of service and delayed delivery times with FedEx due to acts of God, severe weather conditions, incomplete addresses, etc. Please, log on to www.fedex.com for further details and information. FedEx Service Guarantee does not apply to FedEx commercial and residential Ground shipments, or FedEx Standard to Canada shipments, picked up or scheduled to be delivered between Dec. 17 and Dec. 24. In addition, the guarantee for on-schedule delivery for all other Air and International service shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on December 19 through December 24.

International Shipping Methods & Transit Times

The following is a list for U.S.P.S. International shipping options:
Express Guaranteed Insured with Tracking - 2-3 business days guaranteed to over 200 countries.
Express Mail Insured with Tracking - 5-7 Business days.
Priority Mail International Insured - 6-10 Business days.
Priority Mail Insured - 3-5 Business Days for APO, FPO, Hawaii & Alaska residence only.
FedEx International Economy Insured with Tracking - 2-3 Business Days

*Each country is subject to its own Custom's rules, duties, taxes and regulations, which can cause a delay in delivery. 

How to See Your Shipping Rates During Your Shopping Process

FedEx and U.S.P.S rates are calculated directly by the carrier.  Their rates are formulated by ship to location, package weight, and sometimes by package size. 

To see your shipping rate any time during your shopping process, add your items to your shopping cart and then go to the 'check out now' page and fill in your 'Ship To' information only.  Then click on the blue 'Continue' button located at the bottom of the page.
On this next page you will find the shipping methods available in your area and the carrier's shipping rate.  From there, to continue shopping, click on the 'go back to shopping' button.  To add or delete items from your shopping cart, click on 'my shopping cart' button at the top of the page and add or delete items from your shopping cart. 

To check out, go back to the previous page and enter in your 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' information and then proceed with your check out.

Purchasing Payment Options

All prices are in US dollars.  When you make a purchase at eFairies.com, you may pay for your order online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover), or by sending a certified check or money order in US funds to our address: eFairies.com 502 Custer Way SE, Suite A, Tumwater, WA 98501.  No personal or business checks accepted.  If you prefer to pay by calling in your credit card over the phone, we will be glad to accommodate you. When making a purchase paid for by certified check or money order, place your items in your shopping cart.  Go to the check out page and fill in your 'Ship To' information only.  Then click on the blue 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.  On the next page you will find a drop down menu of shipping methods available in your area.  Select the shipping method of your choice.  You will now have your order and shipping amount total for your purchase.  You may print this page and mail it to us, or you may write out your order.  Please include your telephone number with your order so that we may contact you if needed.

Gift Certificates

When ordering an instant gift certificate, place it in the shopping cart as you would any other item. Enter your information in the 'Bill To' area. Then, place your recipient's name and address in the 'Ship To' area.  A certificate will be e-mailed directly to your recipient with To: (the 'Ship To' name) and From: (the 'Bill To' name).  If you would like the gift certificate to be sent to you, place your e-mail address in the 'Ship To' area.

If you would like us to send you a certificate through US Mail, place your information in the 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' areas.  We will then send you a gift certificate for you to fill out the 'To' and  'From' information.

To redeem your gift certificate, place items in your shopping cart, then proceed to the check out page.  Fill in your 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' information and continue to the next page.  There, you will place your gift certificate code and click the 'redeem' button.  Unused portions of your certificate will remain for you to use another day.  If your items are more than your certificate, you can place in your credit card information for the difference.
Unused portions of gift certificates remain as a store credit and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the purchase date.  Any questions, please call or e-mail us.

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete Orders

If your order was damaged during delivery, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. To contact us, please call 800.726.4784 or e-mail us at info@efairies.com. If you are returning a product because we shipped you an item that you did not order, eFairies.com will pay the return-shipping cost up to the price of the original shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition.  We cannot accept clothing returns with smoke or odor damage.  Special order items are non-returnable.

The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by method of payment. A 15% re-stock fee may apply depending on the reason for the return. It takes approximately five- seven business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.

A Return Merchandise Authorize Number is required for returns or exchanges.  Please follow the process listed below:
  1. Contact customer service by calling 800.726.4784 or by e-mailing us at info@efairies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
  2. Upon authorization you will receive a RMA number.  Place this number on a copy of your Packing Slip or on a copy of your Invoice Receipt you received by e-mail and return this sheet with your item.
  3. Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton.  Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

You may send the return through an insured/traceable carrier of your choice such as registered mail, UPS, or Federal Express.  We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged.  Please send returns to: eFairies.com, 2202 84th St. S. Lakewood, WA 98499.
