Fairy World
2004 Calendar Twelve early 20th Century cherished fairy illustrations by Ida Rentoul Outhwaite, are featured in this lovely Fairy World 2004 Calendar. Ida Outhwaite (1888-1960) was born in Melbourne, Australia. At the age of 15, she and her sister Annie started writing books featuring elves and fairies. Their early books and a few postcards were published in Australia and are very rare. During the 1920s and 30s, several of their books were published in England, including: The Enchanted Forest, The Little Fairy Sister, Fairyland, Bunny And Brownie, Blossom, and The Little Green Road To Fairyland. Some of Outhwaite's work was even purchased by the Queen Mary and Prince George of Greece. This calendar also features titles in English, French, German and Spanish.
